Kenneth D. Sacks



Ken Sacks has a reputation for delivering outstanding service to JMBI’s clients and building strong relationships with carrier partners. He began his career in the real estate industry, providing asset management and financial reporting services to a variety of institutional property portfolios. He also has extensive experience in property sales, including the evaluation of portfolio holdings to be sold, the marketing of those holdings to potential buyers, and the evaluation of offers and deal structures associated with prospective transactions.

Ken joined forces with JMBI in 1992 and his expertise helping insurance buyers assess and manage risk and their company’s needs has been invaluable to the agency and our clients. His leadership and insights into a range of industries and company initiatives has been a trademark of his 21-year tenure.

A graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, Ken has industry affiliations with the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois (PIIAI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also involved in several philanthropic organizations including the US Holocaust Memorial Museum and the JMBI Agency volunteer network.
